Suzie Gragg has over 37 years of project management, project controls, estimating, and conceptual engineering experience in upstream (onshore and offshore) drilling and facilities, petrochemical, LNG facilities, natural gas transmission pipelines, power generation, and telecommunication industries. She has been instrumental in construction projects needing delay assessment, gap analysis, and development of project controls and corresponding schedules. With her robust experience in monitoring and managing complex domestic and international projects, Suzie has exemplified her skills and expertise in cost engineering, claims analysis, contract administration, and procurement.

Suzie has held several senior and executive-level roles throughout her career and is well-versed in facilitating technical communications between owners, contractors, and engineers. In addition, Suzie’s strengths include project development and execution, internal and external interface management, project cost and schedule development and analysis, performance management, risk management, mitigation planning, project assurance, stakeholder management, and outside negotiations, all within a committed HSE culture. Her experience also includes domestic and international sectors with a strong background in Latin American business practices. Suzie’s technological specialties include Primavera Risk Analysis (Pertmaster), Acumen Fuse, Acumen Risk, Timberline Precision Estimating, and Visio.

Her career, whether in the role of an executive, manager, or engineer, is marked with several large-scale and/or mega-projects located in the Americas, Africa, and Australia. Example projects include, but are not limited to, the $8 billion Chissonga Angola Development Project for Maersk Oil in Angola, Africa; the $6 billion Natural Gas Pipeline Expansion Project; the $2.4 billion Coalbed Methane Major Project for BP America in San Juan, CO; the $2 billion Ascend PDH Project; and the $30 million Condensate Splitter Project in South Texas.
