25+ years of experience in system implementation as an Information Technology professional which includes expertise in software selection and training, business process documentation, Procore, Oracle Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft 365.

Joe has over 25 years of experience in the training and implementation of enterprise systems – 20 of those years include experience specifically operating within the construction industry. His knowledge encompasses system selection, process discovery and documentation, writing custom manuals, configuration, and training. Joe also leverages his experience in needs analysis and course design for targeted, role-based training. Throughout his career, Joe has managed the implementation of new systems on over 600 projects in all sectors of the construction industry, many of which required the integration of one or more systems. Recent accomplishments include Joe’s design and delivery of the first Procore courses at the Dallas College Construction Education Foundation.

Adept at examining an organization’s technology stack, Joe ensures clients are gaining the most from their investment. Earning his certification as a Procore Consultant and P6 Trainer, Joe provides insight into the improvement of an organization’s technology ROI by leveraging features fully for improved reporting and streamlined processes or sunsetting redundant systems for cost savings. He has designed and built custom solutions using various platforms such as MS Power Platforms, Automate, and BI. Prior to working with Peritia, Joe held titles ranging from Corporate Trainer to Director of Construction Technology. Joe’s early experience naturally transitioned into the inclusion of process change management as SaaS and contract systems evolved in their customizability and complexity.

Since beginning his work with Procore in 2014, Joe has been involved in several beta pilots and has participated in advisory councils to help steer the development of new tools. Joe’s P6 experience evolved from his experience with Primavera P3. During this time, he exercised his abilities by assisting a state organization in migrating to one of the first MS Project Server environments.

Joe has had the honor of being a keynote speaker at Groundbreak, Procore’s user conference. In addition, he has also spoken at virtual summits for Hexagon and The Project Management Institute College of Scheduling on system and process implementation.
