Brian provides expertise as a construction leader with a proven track record of the successful management and completion of numerous domestic projects in the commercial, residential, technology, healthcare, and public sector ranging from $25 million to over $1 billion. From large complex real estate programs to individual projects, he confidently exercises his ability to direct and manage all project details.

Brian exerts proficiency at leveraging strong financial analysis and due diligence skills to ensure client projects meet budget forecasts. His background in the oversight of large, complex programs has been widely recognized by colleagues, customers, and industry leaders, positioning Brian as a proactive, focused contributor with superlative communication, negotiation, and relationship-building talents.

Brian’s career is marked by the management and leadership of several large-scale commercial and residential projects in the United States. Example projects include The McKinsey in Dallas, TX; the $134.6 million Olivian Tower; the Historic Texaco Building Renovation in Houston, TX; the $139.4 million Strata; 319 East Illinois in Streeterville Chicago, IL; the $101.1 million Tremont West Development; the Brewers Hill in Baltimore, MD; the $100+ million Sunrise Village; the Lakeside in Sandy Springs, GA; the $109 million Cadillac Site; the 799 9th Street Project for the U.S. Mint; the $70 million American Tobacco; the Cirrus Apartments at 2030 8th Ave in Seattle, WA; the $63.05 million Bellevue Station; and the 1330 G Street project on behalf of the Kaiser Family Foundation.
