This property boasts 72,000 square feet and features attractive architecture, a variety of floor plans, residential amenity areas, and luxury upgrades.

Peritia’s leaders recommended the implementation of Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling techniques to develop a detailed baseline schedule for the project and to build an accurate timeline to reference throughout the course of the project.

Alongside these efforts, the Peritia team performed bi-weekly schedule updates, tracked key milestones, and recorded schedule gains/slippage to compare against the baseline schedule. In addition, monitoring critical and near-critical paths for variances throughout the project lifecycle ensured schedules remained accurate and on target.
