He provides testimony on complex, international, construction-related litigation cases involving standard of care, constructive and directed changed work, delay, termination, suspension, acceleration, disruption, and productivity. Mr. Wolf has experience on more than 300 projects across 20 countries totaling over $110 billion in both the private and federal sectors. He has held directorships with three ENR Top 100 firms. The most recent is a global company which provides engineering and design management, procurement management, construction and design-build services for environmental remediation, energy, industrial, munitions response, and international development projects for various government organizations throughout the world. The second is a Texas-based vertically integrated developer of luxury high-rise and mid-rise mixed-use residential development projects in such markets as Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Denver, Houston, Charlotte, Tampa, Miami, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Boston. The third is a Houston-based general contractor with operations throughout the southern portion of the United States. Mr. Wolf has provided testimony in deposition, mediation, arbitration, international tribunal, judicial review, and jury formats. He has provided testimony in more than 75 complex construction disputes.
